We use Kodak Professional Supra Endura in Lustre, Matte, Glossy and Kodak Professional Metallic. One of these papers is just right for your work. All Supra Endura media deliver Saturated color with exceptional, accurate flesh-tone reproduction.

We offer this in three paper types. Lustre is our most popular paper and with good reason: it is a great all-around paper choice. A slight sheen and an ultra fine texture coupled with accurate skin tone reproduction make this paper a favorite for portraits and wedding photographers as well as fine art photographers. Matte finish has the least amount of shine of all the papers we offer, but like other Supra Endura papers, skin tones are true and details intense. Glossy finish is a true gloss paper; high shine delivers high impact images with superb flesh tones. The Endura Metallic paper has a unique metallic sheen for stunning visual impact and depth. Our most dramatic paper for colors that pop right off the print!

We also offer true B/W Ilford Express Digital paper. This silver-halide paper has excellent contrast, sharpness and surface finish that will give superb continuous tone to black and white images. There’s no need to convert to grayscale when submitting your files; our printer software converts color to black and white for you. We’re one of the few labs in the country to offer real b/w printing.

We have five different uploaders, choose the one that’s easiest for you. Our single file uploader works on all computer systems and is perfect for smaller print quantities. If you are using Windows, try the ActiveX uploader. It’s the fastest option for Windows users with Internet Explorer to upload large batches of photos. We have two flash uploaders at your service, one works with Adobe, the other uses Microsoft Silverlight technology. You can also upload from iPhoto, Aperture, Picasa and SmugMug.

Once you’ve got your image files uploaded to an AdoramaPix gallery, set up your order by choosing paper type (link to paper learn more), crop and border options (you can choose full frame or white border all around), corrections or straight to print, then go on and enter the quantities of each and you’re all done! Make sure your monitor is calibrated, and you are working in sRGB colorspace. Download ICC profile for use with Adobe Photoshop (get it from our home page at www.Adoramapix.com). Install, or save the profile to the appropriate folder. In Photoshop, Go to: View>Proof Setup>Custom. In the popup, select adoramapix_book_0909.icc (or whatever version is most recent) as the Device to Simulate. Leave the Preserve Color Numbers box unchecked, but select Black Point Compensation. Rendering Intent should be set to Relative Colorimetric.

Save this proof setup for future use, naming it AdoramaPixBook, or something to let you know what type of printing it is to be used for. You can view and edit the image while in the "proof" mode and see immediately how your corrections will be reflected in the final print. Once you’re satisfied with your images, save them, but do NOT embed the profile in the image file.

Shipping Prices and Options

Our larger prints are shipped flat up to the 24x36 size. They're packed between two layers of sturdy cardboard with soft foam to cushion the surfaces. We place corners on larger prints to avoid bending and keep movement to a minimum.

Since making these improvements, we've had a sharp reduction in returns of large size prints due to damage sustained in shipping and handling. Our boxes are a new, sturdier material with no company logo or name on the boxes.

Books are sandwiched between layers of soft foam, then placed between cardboard and shrink-wrapped.Use attached photo of packing.
