Adoramapix.com does not provide any third party with any individually identifiable information other than that which is necessary to complete your order. Specifically, adoramapix.com gives your name, shipping address, phone number, and order information to our shipping carrier. Adoramapix.com also supplies your name, billing address, and credit card information to the credit card processor who bills your account. Adoramapix.com has strict guidelines requiring all third parties to keep any shared personal information confidential. User Conduct

When submitting images for printing to AdoramaPix you represent, warrant and covenant that (a) you own or otherwise possess all necessary rights with respect to your Submissions, (b) your Submissions do not and will not infringe, misappropriate, use or disclose without authorization, or otherwise violate any intellectual property or proprietary right of any third party, and are not unlawful, fraudulent, threatening, abusive, libelous, defamatory, obscene or otherwise objectionable, and (c) you hereby consent to the use of your likeness, and you have obtained the written consent, release, and/or permission of every identifiable individual who appears in a Submission to use such individual's likeness, for purposes of using and otherwise exploiting the Submission in the manner contemplated by these Terms (including for purposes of promoting the Service), or, if any such identifiable individual is under the age of eighteen (18), you have obtained such written consent, release and/or permission from such individual's parent or guardian (d) you agree to provide to AdoramaPIx a copy of any such consents, releases and/or permissions upon AdoramaPix's request.

License and copyright of your images

AdoramaPix does not claim ownership rights in any image contained in your account. For the sole purpose of enabling us to display your images through the service and fulfilling any orders for you or those you have shared your images with, you grant to AdoramaPix a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, distribute, and display those images on your behalf. AdoramaPix warrants that it will not use your images for advertising, promotion, or any other purposes other than the fulfillment of your order(s) without your explicit written permission. Please note that when you share images or photo books online, you allow the recipients to share and make photographic prints from those images, and that such activity is outside of the control or responsibility of AdoramaPix.

Although AdoramaPix allows you to set privacy options that limit access to your projects, please be aware that no security measures are perfect or impenetrable. We cannot control the actions of other users with whom you may choose to share your projects and Personal Information. Therefore, we cannot and do not guarantee that User Content you post on or through the Service will not be viewed by unauthorized persons. We are not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures contained on the Service. You understand and acknowledge that, even after removal, copies of User Content may remain viewable in cached and archived pages or if other users have copied or stored your User Content.

Limitation of liability

Your use of the adoramapix.com photo services is at your own risk. You should keep your own backup copies of all materials you may use, or allow others to use, in connection with the adoramapix.com photo services, including materials posted or submitted to the adoramapix.com photo services.

In no event shall adorama inc or its suppliers be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, lost profits, business interruption, or lost information) arising out of the use of or inability to use the adoramapix.com web side or the print wizard, even if adoramapix.com has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Storage policy

You agree that adoramapix.com may, at any time, establish limits concerning the maximum disk space that will be allotted by adoramapix.com servers on your behalf for the storage of your images.

You acknowledge that adoramapix.com reserves the right to terminate access to your account or to delete the images stored on your account if your account becomes "inactive." an "inactive" account is one that has not been logged-in to for a period of 12 months or more. Adoramapix.com may change this policy at any time upon reasonable notice to you.
